1. About Play Jump

For customized projects, the final approved drawing, quotation, sample, specification, or written confirmation shall take precedence over website images or general descriptions.
4. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations issued by Play Jump are valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation.
Prices may change due to changes in raw material prices, transportation costs, manufacturing costs, taxes, customization requirements, or other market conditions.
Unless specifically mentioned in the quotation, the following may be charged separately:
GST and applicable taxes
Transportation/freight
Loading and unloading
Installation
Packaging
Civil work
Electrical work
Site preparation
Any other additional work requested by the customer
A quotation becomes binding only after written confirmation and acceptance by Play Jump.
5. Orders & Payments
An order shall be considered confirmed after:
The customer accepts the quotation or order confirmation; and
The agreed advance payment has been received.
For customized and project-based orders, production will generally begin after the customer has approved the required drawings, designs, dimensions, colors, specifications, and other details.
Any delay in payment may result in a corresponding delay in production, dispatch, delivery, or installation.
Payment terms mentioned in the quotation or invoice shall prevail for that particular order.
6. Customized Products & Projects
Play Jump provides customized products and play areas according to customer requirements.
For customized orders, the customer is responsible for verifying and approving:
Site measurements
Layouts
Product dimensions
Colors
Materials
Designs
Branding
Artwork
Product quantities
Installation requirements
Once manufacturing or customization has started, cancellation, return, or refund of customized products may not be permitted.
Any exception must be approved by Play Jump in writing.
7. Site Measurements & Customer Information
For customized play areas, furniture, indoor playgrounds, soft play areas, or other site-specific products, the customer must provide accurate site measurements and relevant information.
Play Jump shall not be responsible for problems arising from incorrect measurements, drawings, site information, or specifications provided or approved by the customer.
Where Play Jump conducts site measurements, the customer remains responsible for confirming the final approved layout and dimensions before production.
8. Delivery
Delivery timelines provided by Play Jump are estimated unless a specific delivery date has been confirmed in writing.
Delivery may be affected by:
Manufacturing schedules
Material availability
Transportation delays
Weather conditions
Supplier delays
Government restrictions
Logistics issues
Force majeure events
Play Jump shall make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery schedule but shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9. Installation
Where installation is included in the quotation, installation will be carried out according to the agreed scope of work.
The customer must ensure that the site is ready before the installation team arrives.
The customer may be required to provide:
Clear access to the site
Electricity
Adequate working space
Structural support where required
Suitable flooring
Civil work
Electrical connections
Safe storage of delivered materials
Additional work outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.
10. Warranty
Where applicable, Play Jump provides warranty against manufacturing defects for the period specified in the relevant quotation, invoice, or warranty document.
Warranty coverage is subject to normal and intended use of the product.
Warranty does not generally cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse
Negligence
Improper installation
Improper maintenance
Accidental damage
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Electrical fluctuations
Water or moisture damage
Fire damage
Damage caused by pests or environmental conditions
Consumable or wearable components
Damage caused after delivery due to customer handling
Warranty claims may require inspection by Play Jump or an authorized representative.
11. Safety & Proper Usage
Customers are responsible for ensuring that children use play equipment according to the recommended age group, capacity, safety instructions, and intended purpose.
Parents, teachers, staff, daycare operators, school administrators, or other responsible adults should provide appropriate supervision of children using the equipment.
Play Jump shall not be responsible for injuries or damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper supervision, or failure to follow supplied safety instructions.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate information and measurements.
Ensuring site readiness.
Providing suitable access for delivery and installation.
Following installation and maintenance instructions.
Ensuring appropriate supervision of children.
Obtaining required permissions or approvals.
Maintaining products according to the recommended guidelines.
Using equipment only for its intended purpose.
13. Intellectual Property
All content available on playjump.co.in, including product photographs, videos, graphics, logos, illustrations, product descriptions, catalogs, designs, layouts, technical drawings, and written content, belongs to Play Jump or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
